🌊 Water Baptisms – Saturday, 24 May 2025 🙌

What a glorious day of celebration! On Saturday, 24 May 2025, we witnessed the powerful step of faith taken by eight brothers and sisters, young and elderly alike, as they were baptised in water. 💧✝️

Each one, with their own journey, stood before God, their families, and the church to publicly declare: "I have decided to follow Jesus." From the youngest heart full of wonder to the eldest soul marked by wisdom and endurance, it was a beautiful reminder that God calls all people—of every age and background—into His family.

Water baptism is far more than a symbolic act. It represents being buried with Christ and rising again into new life—a life surrendered to God, washed clean from the past, and empowered by the Holy Spirit. It’s a step of obedience and a declaration of belonging: to Christ, to His Church, and to His mission.

“Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”
Romans 6:4 (NKJV)

🙏 What a blessing it is to witness these lives transformed by the grace of God. May their bold step of faith inspire us all to walk closer with Jesus, remembering our own commitment and the joy of being made new.

Let’s continue to surround them with love, prayer, and encouragement as they grow in their walk with Christ.

To God be the glory!
